Customer Questionnaire

Upon the initial customer inquiry, the HAE will ask the potential customer if they have a few minutes to answer a few questions or set up a time to speak to learn more about the customer and what they’re looking to accomplish with home automation. Here is a list of questions the HAE would ask:

1. What do you want to achieve with your home automation project?

9. How many family members would have control of the home automation system?
